Richmond Fellow (4th stage) comprises 111 medium density homes, several green spaces including a Pocket Park and a Community building in Mount Wellington, Auckland. 99 homes have been sold to date with a further 12 for sale, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms. Earthworks and civil construction were undertaken by Bob Hick Earthmoving and McKenzie & Parma. Housing construction by G.J. Gardner Homes and Capri Construction is well underway.

The first three blocks are almost ready for settlement, planned for January 2023. The remaining homes’ will then settle thoughout the first half of 2023 with the the final block programmed to settle in August 2023. Richmond Fellow comes after three earlier, successful developments in the neighbourhood.
