Project Information
Richmond is a large, medium density residential development, with over 500 terraces and apartments designed over five stages.
Four stages are complete and the fifth is in various stages of construction through another developer. Richmond has become a thriving community for families of all demographics, and offers plenty of amenity with a gym, community room, pocket parks, and a playground.
Stages 1-4 are owned by Wilshire Group and managed by Founders. Stage 5 is being developed by Unispot.
